Machining
Sustainability - Quality - Productivity
Our modern machining production is located in Rosenfors where the company Rosenfors Bruk was founded in 1802. We have made extensive investments in the buildings and the machine park to be able to deliver cost effective and sustainable machining with top quality.
Milling
We keep up with high productivity and quality thanks to our five CNC-mills. Four of them are multiple operation machines with the size of work space 1000x900x1000mm and size of pallets 630x630mm.
Lathe
The second type of machining we offer is lathe. For the lathe we also work with high focus in sustainability, quality and productivity. We have invested well in the machines for lathe also. Today we have 11 lathes whereof two are equipped with robot cells. We can also offer multifunction machining with our multus B400C.
The maximum size for the lathes is Ø900x1500mm and Ø710x1500mm for Multus B400C.
Assembly, measurement & Surface treatment
The last steps of the production chain we offer are measurement of samples, assembly and surface treatment.
Normally when we deliver samples we also measure the parts and deliver a measurement protocol. We also offer simple assembly of bolts, bearings and bushings. With extern partners we also offer different types of surface treatments, t.ex powder coating, wet coating, electro-galvanizing and ED-coating.
