We as a group deliver totally 10 000 tons of ductile iron and pig iron with high focus in sustainability, quality and productivity.
Pattern
The next step after designing a new article is to manufacture a pattern for serie production. We collaborate with a couple of manufaturers of patterns where we purchase complete patterns. Integration on broads, mounting of feeders and casting systems are being performed in our own production.
When the casting has a simple geometry we manufacture a complete pattern inhouse. If the customer has a existing pattern in posession we adapt it for our process.
When the new article is up and running in serie production we offer warehousing of the equipment in our storehouse between call ofs. That gives us the oppurtunity to maintain condition and if needed repair the pattern against agreed cost with the customer.
Sand molds & Cores
We use the method sand molding to produce the castings. We either use a pattern or our 3D-printer to produce the molds. At our machine lines we use raw sand and at our manual line we use furan sand.
In order to create cavity in the castings we produce cores of sand that we put in the molds before casting. It makes it possible to cut weight of the castings, make practical and design related adaptations. The cores are being produced at Holsbyverken our Älmhults Gjuteri.
Thanks to our 3D-printer we have big potential to produce cores with a complicated geometry.
Smältning & Avgjutning
Vi erbjuder gjutgods i segjärn och gråjärn. Våra tre olika produktionsliner bidrar till ett stort utbud av formstorlekar vi gjuter i, vilket leder till att vi kan erbjuda en stor variation av godsstorlekar och geometrier.
Vår långa erfarenhet av gjutning har spetsat vår kompetens för att ha en hög produktivitet, väl fungerade kvalitetskontroller och en cirkulär produktion. Vi jobbar ständigt och aktivt med att minska klimatavtrycket per levererat kilo.

Kvalitetskontroller & efterbehandling
Vår långa erfarenhet inom gjutning av segjärn och gråjärn har lagt grunden för våra noggranna kvalitetskontroller. Vi utför strukturkontroller och analys på varje segjärnsbehandling för att säkerställa att materialet har rätt egenskaper. Analyskontroll görs med spektrometer och noduläritet kontrolleras med bildanalys. Vi skickar även provstavar till tredje part för verifiering av mekaniska egenskaperna.
Efterbehandling av gjutgods utförs på våra produktionsanläggningar Holsbyverken och Älmhults Gjuteri. För att göra detta så effektivt som möjligt lägger vi stor vikt vid att ha ett lågt utbyte vid konstruktionsstadiet. Gjutsystem och matare tas bort och används i vår cirkulära produktion.
