Construction

When our customers want to develop a new product, redesign an existing product or change manufacturing method we offer a closely cooperation with the responsible designer. The purpose of sharing our feedback regarding geometry and castability is to streamline the construction process and the future manufacturing process.

We focus on optimize the design to cut costs in the upcoming casting, machining and painting process. Another priority focus for us is to produce the new detail with as less impact on the klimat as possible.

Simulation

We always perform simulations of the casting and soliditation for new articles. This is the next step after the design is ready for prototypes. We offer reports of the simulations for our customers to analyze.

Simulation is a tool to anticipate and counteract defects in the casting. The simulations combined with our experience and competence provide us with the best production conditions possible.

Prototypes

To verify that the design and geometry are as expected we offer prototypes produced with 3D-printed sand molds that we cast in. Benefits with this method of casting:

No investment of pattern
Does not require completed construction
Improvements before serie production

Test & analysis

We offer measurment protocols based on a 3D-scanning of the casting, material certificates and measurment of the machined part as optionals. These optionals give the customer the security that their new detail has the quality and characteristics they expect and require.

After analyzes of the prototypes and eventual optionals there will be improvements of the design and geometry if needed before production of pattern for serie deliveries.
