We have four production facilities. Holsbyverken and Älmhults Gjuteri are our two foundries. Rosenfors Bruk is our machining production and Vcast our production for 3D-printing.

Mold lines
We mold and cast on three different lines. Two machine lines and one manual line.

The milling is being done with our five CNC milling machines. Four of them are multi operation machines.

The lathe machining is being done with our eleven different lathes, two of them are equipped with robot cells.
Our companies
Our group includes five companies. We cover the whole supply chain from development and casting to refining the castings.
Holsbyverken is one of our two foundries. The production capacity is 10.000 tons per year and we cast weights between 1 kg and 1.500 kg in grey iron and ductile iron.

We produce simple patterns, adapt and maintain condition of patterns in the pattern shop
Nordcast delivers iron and steel in the weights between 1 and 10.000 kg. We secure short lead times by warehousing against call off.
Suppliers
We have carefully selected suppliers with technical competence and equipment in focus. The majority of the suppliers are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Quality & Sustainability
The goals for nordcast are to keep such a high quality and sustainability that it constitutes to a significant reason to buy castings from us. We work active to contribute to a satisfactory work environment.
Vcast is a development company that provides our customers with feedback of new designs and redesigns of casted parts. We also perform simulations, set ups for new patterns, measurement protocols by 3D scanning and 3D-printing molds and cores of sand for prototypes and spare parts.

Älmhults Gjuteri is one of our two owned foundries. We have a production capacity of 7.500 tons and produce castings with the weights between 10-150 kg in grey- and ductile iron.

Fettling shop
Two blasts and fettling in konventional fettling boxes.
Rosenfors Bruk machines and refines iron and steel castings. Large investments has been made in the machines to increase capacity and to achieve increased quility and productivity requirements.

Size of pallets: 630x630mm.
Equipped with 10-palletpool, 150 and 200 places for tools.
CNC-lathe
